WORK PERIODS

The work period, for the purpose of compliance with RCW 49.46.130, for employees of Kitsap County other than those engaged in law enforcement or as security personnel in correctional facilities is from 8:00 a.m. Wednesday to 7:59 a.m. Wednesday.

3.24.020 Law enforcement employees.
The work period, for the purpose of compliance with RCW 49.46.130, for law enforcement personnel and security personnel in correctional facilities is to be recurring twenty-eight-day periods beginning January 1, 1975, 12:00 a.m.

3.24.030 Applicability.
This chapter shall have application only to employees of Kitsap County as such term is defined by RCW 49.46.010(5).

3.24.040 Union agreements.
Nothing in this chapter shall degradate the rights of any employee obtained by or through a collective bargaining agreement.
