The Kitsap County department of emergency services shall be part of the ER&R fund.*

*    Editor’s Note: “ER&R fund” refers to the “Equipment Rental and Repair Fund.” The fund was established by resolution to fund all of the equipment needs for the county with the exception of the parks department.
