2.12.010 Investment of surplus cash.

The county treasurer is directed, and authorized, to invest available surplus cash in the county road fund in amounts and for lengths of time deemed prudent by the county engineer who shall so stipulate, from time to time, in writing, to the county treasurer.

2.12.020 Termination or continuation of investments.

Termination or continuation of investments shall be at the direction of the county engineer, with ten-day notification to the county treasurer.
