1.5 Permit Issuance

Once all requirements have been addressed, the SDAP will be issued after the pre-construction meeting and submittal of the following:

  1. Payment of all permit fees.

  2. Evidence of issuance of any permits required by other agencies.

  3. Performance surety or Performance Covenant for Site Stabilization in accordance with Chapter 12.12 KCC.

  4. Evidence of liability insurance in accordance with KCC 12.12.050.

  5. Recording of any required offsite construction-related easements.

  6. Submittal of a completed Construction Site Sediment Transport Potential Worksheet (see Appendix E). Development sites that have a high potential for sediment transport require a pre-inspection by Kitsap County staff prior to permit issuance.

For land use permits and approvals not requiring an SDAP, but subject to drainage review, approval will be recommended in accordance with Vol II–1.5.2 Final Project Approval.
