Kitsap County Lake Management District No. 2 is created pursuant to RCW Chapter 36.61.

2.118.020 Duration.
The district shall be in effect for a period of two years from the date of the ordinance codified in this chapter.

2.118.030 Payment of special assessment – Interest – Penalties.
Special assessments shall be paid at one time. A special assessment may be paid without interest or penalty within thirty days of the date of publication of notice that the special assessment roll has been confirmed. Accrued interest at an annual rate of six percent plus a penalty of ten percent on the unpaid amount shall be imposed on any delinquent special assessment.
