4.1 Project Applicability

Not all of the minimum requirements apply to every development or redevelopment project. The applicability varies depending on the project type and size. This section identifies thresholds that determine the applicability of the minimum requirements to different projects.

The minimum requirement thresholds vary for projects inside and outside of Urban Growth Areas (UGAs). Use the flow charts in Figure I-4.1 and Figure I-4.2 and the summary text provided in the following sections to determine which of the minimum requirements apply. The minimum requirements themselves are defined in detail in Vol I–4.2 Minimum Requirements.
