10.60.010 Designation of drug-free zones.
(1) Civic Centers Designated as Drug Free Zones.
a. The Kitsap County Fairgrounds, inclusive of all of its buildings or structures, is designed as a civic center and drug-free zone.
b. The Silverdale Community Center, inclusive of all of its buildings or structures, is designated as a civic center and drug-free zone.
c. The Kingston Community Center, inclusive of all of its buildings or structures, is designated as a civic center and drug-free zone.
d. The Island Lake Community Center, inclusive of all of its buildings or structures, is designated as a civic center and drug-free zone.
e. The Long Lake Community Center, inclusive of all of its buildings or structures, is designated as a civic center and drug-free zone.
(2) A 1000-foot perimeter surrounding any civic centers designated under subsection (1) is further designated as a drug-free zone.

10.60.020 Maps designating the location and boundaries of designated drug-free zones to be filed and maintained by clerk of the board of county commissioners.
Pursuant to RCW 69.50.435, for purposes of providing a public record of the location and boundaries of designated drug-free zones as described in Section 10.60.010, maps depicting the location and boundaries of drug-free zones shall be filed and maintained with the clerk of the board of county commissioners as an official record of the county’s drug-free zones.

10.60.100 Severability.
If any provision of this ordinance, or its application to any person, entity or circumstance is for any reason held invalid, the remainder of the ordinance, or the application of the provision to other persons, entities or circumstances is not affected.
